SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing.
DELIVERY TIME
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Transit time depends on your country and the shipping method (sea/land/air). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
A complete, correct delivery address is essential. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, mail-forwarding addresses, BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or temporary-residence addresses, to ensure safe delivery of your FUNLAB order.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and contact support@funlabswitch.com within 7 working days of delivery for a replacement.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY US
An order may occasionally be cancelled (e.g. logistics cannot deliver to the region, or risk-management rules). If this happens we will refund you in full — please contact support@funlabswitch.com for help.
