REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At FUNLAB, your satisfaction matters. Please read the terms below before requesting a return or refund.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return or refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 10 days from the date of receipt cannot be processed.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND
- The item arrived defective, damaged, or faulty.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item significantly differs from its description.
Items cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality reasons (e.g. change of mind) once shipped.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@funlabswitch.com within 10 days of delivery with:
1) Your order number, and
2) Photos and/or a short video showing the issue.
We will review and respond within 72 hours. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Email support@funlabswitch.com with your order number; we process cancellations within 2 business days. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

QUALITY WARRANTY
FUNLAB products are quality-tested and warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of original purchase.
- Defect within 30 days of purchase: eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
- Defect within the warranty period (after 30 days): free replacement of the item FUNLAB determines to be defective.
The warranty does NOT cover: misuse, normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, use beyond the product's intended purpose, accidental damage, or damage to any device stored in/used with a FUNLAB product.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Orders to some countries may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
