Delivery Times

When customers place an order on funlabswitch.com, FUNLAB will ship items out as soon as possible, but it won't always be the same day as your order.

In general, please add 2-5 business days to allow for processing time.

About Delivery

Our delivery time includes two parts.

· Order product packaging:  
After receiving an order from funlabswitch.com, we need to select the order product from the warehouse, check the quality, and finally pack it for delivery.
· Shipping time
After the products are sent from the warehouse, these products will be transported by sea, land, or air. The delivery time depends on the country and the transportation method.
 

Delivery Address

A complete, correct delivery address is essential.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it won’t be possible for us to change the shipping address.
If you wish to redirect your parcel, please get in touch with the courier company with your order directly.
To change or cancel the order, please email support@funlabswitch.com within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Lost/Damage Parcels in shipment

If any item is lost or arrives damaged in shipment, please prepare some photos of the damaged box and contact us at support@funlabswitch.com within 7 working days of delivery for a replacement.

Q: Can it ship to a PO Box address?
A: Mail-forwarding addresses, PO Box addresses, BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and addresses for temporary residence are addresses we are unable to deliver to. This is the ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your FUNLAB order.
 
Q: Why my order is canceled?
A: Your order may be canceled due to temporary non-delivery of logistics, exceeding the risk management rules, etc. Please get in touch with us at support@funlabswitch.com for help.
