Return Policy

1. All refunds will be returned to your payment account as is.
2. We do not accept any return merchandise without order# or shipped out over 10 days from the date of receipt.

Order Cancellation

A full refund can be processed if your items haven't shipped.

Please send your cancellation request to support@funlabswitch.com with your order number. We will process it within 2 workdays.

What qualifies for a refund at FUNLAB

We will only refund in the following cases:
1. The product is not artificially broken or doesn't work properly.
2. Receive a wrong product that does not match the order.
Funlab is in charge of the return shipping fee caused by the situation above.

Return Process

1. If you encounter the situation above, please provide a valid order number, photo and or video evidence via email within 10 days after you receive the package. We will process your request within 72 hours.
2. After receiving the response of the processing result, please mark your order no. and "Return" on the package, and let us know the tracking number when you send it out.
3. We will re-arrange a shipment for you or refund after receiving your returned item(s).
4. If you cancel your return request, you can keep your item, and please let us know via email.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders to some countries and regions may be subject to additional customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes.  Local governments impose these fees, which are beyond our control.  All such fees must be borne and handled by the customer.  We recommend that you check with your local customs office to understand the potential charges before backing up this project.

1. If you are not able to provide information as requested by our team, we cannot provide corresponding support and service.
2. Items cannot be returned/refunded for non-quality reasons.
3. To explain any return application, please get in touch with the official email attached first. Only returns or exchanges with prior applications will be accepted.
4. If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period, you will be covered. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, please get in touch with us via email to support@funlabswitch.com
5. Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original parts or accessories.

How do I exchange an item?

We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require exchanging an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order with us at your convenience.
