Funlab warrants the product against defects in materials and artistry for 1-year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the product is purchased on an official authorization channel. (Amazon, Official Website)
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs during the warranty period, we will provide unconditional replacement service for the product that FUNLAB determined to be defective. Product damaged within 30 days from the date of original purchase shall be entitled to a refund.
Any damages resulting from normal wear, tear and use that affect the functionality of the Funlab products are covered during the warranty period.
Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear that DO NOT affect the functionality of the bag and accidental damage.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning methods.
FUNLAB is not responsible for wear and tear naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use that does NOT affect the functionality of the bag, which includes changes in color, abrasions, and general breakdown of materials over time.
Warranty service does not cover any accidental damages which include rips or cuts in fabric, animals chewing or clawing on our products, as well as damage arising from airline abuse and others.
