When customers place an order on funlabswitch.com. Funlab will ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-5 business days to allow for processing time.
Our delivery time consists of two parts.
· Order product packaging time:
After receiving an order from funlabswitch.com, we need to select the product ordered by the customer from the warehouse, check the product quality, and finally pack it for logistics delivery.
· Shipping time:
After the products ordered by the customer are sent from the warehouse, these products will be transported by sea, land, or air. The delivery time is depends on the selected transportation method.
A complete, correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it won’t be able for us to change the shipping address. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly. To change or cancel the order, please email support@funlabswitch.com within 24 hours after order is placed.
If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please snap some photos of the damage to the box and contact us at support@funlabswitch.com within 7 working days of delivery for a replacement.
Q: Can I delivery to a PO Box address?
A: Mail-forwarding addresses, PO Box addresses, BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and addresses for temporary residence are all addresses that we are unable to deliver to. This is the ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Funlab order.
Q: Why my order is canceled?
A: Your order may be canceled due to temporary non-delivery of logistics, exceeding the risk management rules, etc. Please contact us at support@funlabswitch.com for help.
