When will my order be shipped?

  • The package will be shipped within 5 days after you place your order on our website.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order with your 4-digit order number and the corresponding email. if you don't know your order number or there is no tracking status display 7 days after you place your order, please contact us as soon as possible!

Why hasn't my order been updated?

Each order status will be updated within 7 days after you place the order. if there's no notification email from us, please contact us soon.

Can I cancel the order?

You can cancel your order BEFORE the package is collected by the shipping carrier. To cancel your order, please provide your order number, your recipient name and the order-canceled reason for us via email. We will reply you within 72hs. If the package is shipped, you can contact us to initiate a return. 

Can I make a return?

You can initiate a return request within 3 days your package has been delivered.

Please note:

-All items must be returned in the original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached.

-Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or marked as FINAL SALES aren’t eligible for returns.

What should I do if I need to make a return?

To initiate a return, please contact customer service for an assessment. Upon approval, you can ship the item back to the return address provided by our customer service.Please note:

We don’t offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns. Customer is responsible for all the return shipping fee.

How long is your product warranty?

According to our warranty policy

1-year warranty for all the FUNLAB switch case

2-year warranty for the all the FUNLAB Switch Controller

What should i do if there is something wrong with my product?

Please send us a picture or video of the damaged part, your order number and address to our email support@funlabswitch.com. We will assist you to solve your problem as soon as possible.

How can I upgrade the system of my controller please?

Please check out the toolkit, we uploaded all the upgrade zip file on it.
