QUALITY GUARANTEE POLICY:
Funlab is delicated to designing and making all kinds of soft accessories to protect your switch system. We have strict control of the materials and workmanship. Each product is quality tested. Funlab quality warranty applies only when our products have been put to the use intented by Funlab and specifically excludes defects from misuse, use beyond a product’s intented purpose or coincidental and consequential damages. This warranty also specifically excludes the damages to devices stored or carried in Funlab products.
We provide 1-year warranty for all the switch made by FUNLAB and 2-year warranty for all the switch controller and joy con alternative.
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs during the warranty period, we will provide unconditional replacement service for the product that Funlab determined to be defective.Product damaged within 3days from the date of original purchase shall be entitled to a refund.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Any damages resulting from normal wear, tear and use that affect the functionality of the Funlab products are covered during the warranty period.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear that DO NOT affect the functionality of the bag, and accidental damage.
Damage caused by improper cleaning method is not covered by the warranty.
Funlab is not responsible for wear and tear naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use that DO NOT affect the functionality of the bag, which includes changes in color, abrasions, and general breakdown of materials over time.
Warranty service does not cover any accidental damages which include rips or cuts in fabric, animals chewing or clawing on our products, as well as damage arising from airline abuse and others.
